Pre-heat your oven to 350°F. Put your flour, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and baking powder in a bowl and whisk them all together. Set aside.
Now you need to add the flour and buttermilk alternately. Add a little of each at a time to the mixture.
Set the mixture aside and grease your doughnut pan. Pour your mixture into a medium ziplock bag and pipe it into the pan. Make sure to fill them up to about 3/4.
Bake for 10 minutes, or until they're golden brown. Stick a toothpick into one, and if it comes out clean then it's ready! Let them cool for a few minutes.
